Yes. Connection details, passwords and SSH keys are stored only on your device using its secure keychain (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). We never upload, store, or transmit your credentials, queries, or results to any server.

No. DBConnect works without any sign-up. Everything is stored locally on your device, and the app is local-first — it does not sync your data to the cloud.

Enable the SSH Tunnel option in the connection form (Premium) and provide your SSH host, username, and password or private key. DBConnect opens a secure local port-forward and routes the connection through it. See the docs for details.

Premium is an auto-renewable subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly) billed through the App Store or Google Play. You can manage or cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings. See our Terms of Use.

Open the app, go to the Premium screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same App Store / Google Play account used for the purchase. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with your purchase details.

No — they're document databases. MongoDB uses an interactive shell and document queries; Firebase Firestore uses a document browser. Both are supported with UIs designed for their data model.

All app data is stored locally. Uninstalling DBConnect permanently removes every connection, saved query and history entry from your device. For anonymized analytics deletion requests, email us.
