Terms of Use

By downloading or using DBConnect ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

BS Media grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DBConnect for personal or professional purposes on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the app.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use DBConnect only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the app to access databases you are not authorized to access.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
  • Use the app to harm, disrupt, or interfere with any system or network.
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

DBConnect offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) that unlock Premium features. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store / Google Play. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings.

We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or the App Store / Google Play refund policy.

4. Free Tier & Advertisements

The free tier of DBConnect is supported by advertisements served by Google AdMob. Upgrading to Premium removes all ads.

5. Your Data & Credentials

All database credentials and connection profiles you enter are stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit, store, or access your credentials on our servers. You are solely responsible for the security of the credentials you enter into the app.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DBConnect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Use the app at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BS Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including any loss of data or database access issues.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
